Rockstar Games provided an update on the PC version of Max Payne 3 this morning. They've released the system requirements for the shooter as well as a few shots that demonstrate the enhanced visuals.
The PC edition supports DirectX 11 and several advanced graphics options. However, Rockstar intends for the game to run on a wide variety of computers:

As previously announced, Rockstar will be releasing the PC version shortly after its console counterparts. The PC edition will arrive on May 29th in North America and on June 1st in Europe.
