Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition will soon be filled with holiday cheer. 4J Studios is developing a Festive Skins Pack to add some seasonally appropriate items to the sandbox building game.
4J released two screenshots of the Festive Skins DLC this afternoon. The first shows Santa, Frosty the Snowman, a Gingerbread Man, and a dude in a parka hanging out in front of a pile of snow. In the second image, a Christmas tree decoration party has been disrupted by the sudden appearance of a zombie.
This is probably only a small sample of the new content that this DLC pack will bring. For example, the Halloween Skins Pack included a whopping 55 skins. 4J will release additional details on the DLC soon.
No launch date was provided for the Festive Skin Pack. However, Christmas is only 11 days away so the appropriate window for releasing it is quickly shrinking. Next week seems like a safe bet.
