Orion: Dino Horde Now Available; Free DLC Arrives All Summer Long
Spiral Game Studios has launched Orion: Dino Horde and the game has arrived with a snazzy new launch trailer that kicks butt and takes names. Unlike other launch trailers that give you a lot of flash and panache and very little gameplay, Orion's trailer is 100% and full of features, functions and play options.
There's a slick description of the game in the launch notice, stating...
The best part about it is that anyone who bought Orion: Dino Beatdown is already keyed in to receive the sequel for free. So you have two games for the price of one, and an awesome sequel to boot. Talk about giving back to the community in order to regain trust, eh?
So far the consensus is that Dino Horde rocks the salts and blasts the barns like nobody's business. In other words, gamers are having fun and kicking dino butt to the sweet tune of 50 plus weapons and with vehicular armament that would make UNSC marines blush with envy.
You can hop into the action right now for some single or multiplayer cooperative action, taking down dino hordes with your friends or playing as some hungry-arse dinosaurs and eating the crap out of some flesh-suit wearing soldiers.
The game is available on Steam right now for only $14.99. For more info feel free to visit the official page. Oh yeah, and if all that wasn't enough, there will be a summer of free DLC for the game.
So yeah, while some games charge you $60 plus $10 for day-1 DLC and up to $100 for disc-locked content, some companies are all about giving you as much as they can for as much value as possible.
