Payday 2 publisher 505 Games provided two big updates on the co-op heist game today. They've sent out a new gameplay trailer and also announced the pre-order details.
In Payday 2, teams of masked criminals work together to get big scores. They'll secure hostages, break past security measures and fight off any law enforcement that get in their way. In the trailer above, you can see one of these heists in action.
Pre-ordering the game on Xbox 360, PS3, or PC will earn you free Lootbag DLC. This DLC includes a red dot weapon sight for your rifles and shotguns and bonus in-game cash. You'll also get three masks with distinct paintjobs.
The game is priced at $39.99 on PS3 and 360, and $29.99 on PC. PC gamers will have the option of spending $49.99 on a Career Criminal Edition. This special bundle comes with the game's soundtrack, two beta keys, in-game discounts, a guide, and blueprints of the game's maps. The Career Criminal Edition also includes all the Lootbag DLC.
Payday 2 will debut in August. The game will be available through retail stores on consoles, and digitally via Steam and PSN.
