Nintendo has released another TV ad that depicts female celebrities enjoying their DS. This time around, they've tapped Penelope Cruz and her sister Monica to promote the handheld.
The ad begins with Penelope playing New Super Mario Bros. 2 in the least comfortable position ever. Monica then shows up with her own DS. Instead of criticizing Penelope for her bad posture, she challenges her sister to a Mario throw-down.
Penelope loses the challenge and has to dress up like Mario. In spite of the moustache and overalls, she manages to look at least slightly attractive. Her attempts at an Italian accent are not to be missed.
The Cruz sisters are just the latest female celebs enlisted by Nintendo. Past DS ads have starred Carrie Underwood, Liv Tyler and Beyonce among others.
