
If you missed out on Quake 4 when it was released back in 2005, you'll now have another chance to pick it up. Bethesda Softworks, which now owns id Software, is re-releasing the game to stores on both the Xbox 360 and PC.
Quake 4 features the intense multiplayer from previous installments, with Deathmatch and Capture the Flag modes among others. Also, unlike Quake III, it has a lengthy and story-driven campaign. The campaign, a continuation of the storyline from Quake II, tasks players with invading the Strogg homeworld.
The Xbox 360 will be available in stores throughout North America on June 19th. Gamers in France, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Benelux will be able to pick up boxed copies of either the 360 or PC version. Here in the States, the game will be priced at $19.99.
