Steam is now selling the Razer Hydra, the first gaming motion sensing controller for the PC. They've bundled peripheral with their high-profile release Portal 2.
The Hydra costs $139.99. It will ship with a copy of Portal 2. Seems a little weird that Steam, a digital game retailers, would give you a boxed copy of a game. That's what they're doing, though.
Also included with the Hydra is the Sixense Portal 2 MotionPack. This MotionPack allows you to play the entirety of Portal 2's single-player and multiplayer with motion control. It also includes 10 exclusive maps that make full use of the Hydra's capabilities.
The Hydra is also said to be compatible with "over 125 popular PC games right out of the box, with more downloadable configurations to come." The controller's official website has demo videos for Bulletstorm, Call of Duty: Black Ops and Left 4 Dead 2 so presumably those games are already compatible.
