With Wii sales slowing down, Nintendo may bring the console's price down another notch. The rumor is that they'll bring the Wii down to $150 dollars soon.
Engadget, citing a trusted source, says that the price cut will be implemented on May 15th. However, Engadget expresses some skepticism at this date. They believe an announcement at E3 in June is more likely.
Everyone half-expects Nintendo to announce the successor to the Wii at E3 (they thought the same last year, too) so a price cut would make sense. The Wii's going to become even less desirable if Wii 2 is on the horizon so a drop in price would help keep the system desirable.
