Serious Sam Double D XXL Release Date Set
Xbox 360 fans will get a nice dose of some first-person cooperative goodness soon with Serious Sam Double D XXL, which is set to release for Microsoft's home console on February 20th, later this year...or rather, next month. The game will be a fully featured release across XBL and will carry a moderate budget price of 800 MS Points.
The real big news about Serious Sam Double D XXL is that the game is completely and entirely cooperative based, so you and your friends can rain down all sorts of FPS punishment on the baddies like no tomorrow.
Fork Parker, CFO of Devolver Digital, co-publisher of Serious Sam Double D XXL commented in the press release, saying...
You can check the game out for yourself with the new trailer below.
If you're into the whole over-the-top FPS carnage that helped shape the genre from way back in the day with games like Doom, Quake and the original Unreal games where rocket-jumping, super macho-guns and outrageous baddies helped define the genre, then you'll feel right at home with Serious Sam Double D XXL.
You can look for the game to drop on Microsoft's digital shelves next month on the Live Marketplace. For more information feel free to visit the Official Website.
