Microsoft and Chair Entertainment announced today that side-scrolling shooter Shadow Complex broke the first week sales record for Xbox Live Arcade. It was downloaded over 200,000 times in its first seven days on the market.
"Congratulations to Chair Entertainment and Epic Games for creating an outstanding game,” said Scott Austin, Microsoft's director of digitally distributed games (via IndustryGamers). "As the capstone title of the second annual Summer of Arcade program, Shadow Complex has raised the bar for downloadable games. We’re proud to offer such high-quality content on Xbox LIVE Arcade."
Complex arrived on Xbox Live Arcade on August 19th. It costs 1200 MS Points ($15) to purchase. For Blend Games' impressions of the game, check out our review.
