Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut Free Steam Codes

We have a handful of Steam codes for the director's cut of Shadowrun: Dragonfall, the updated and expanded version of the cyberpunk, role-playing thriller, Shadowrun: Dragonfall. I managed to get in some time with the expansion previously, and it was a major step up from the limited and linear Dead Man's Switch that initially kicked the series off following the Kickstarter campaign.

Harebrained Schemes basically wanted to extend some open-arms to gamers who may have considered Shadowrun: Dragonfall but wasn't entirely convinced that it was a game they wanted to buy. With some free Steam codes the whole thing kind of changes around for those exercising reservation, no?

Basically, Shadowrun: Dragonfall is a standalone expansion from the initial Shadowrun Returns outing that was Kickstarted to the tune of $1 million. Gaming Blend's Pete Haas originally reviewed the Dead Man's Switch and had some misgivings about the linearity and restrictions that the experience offered up. Many of the problems that plagued the original outing were rectified in Dragonfall, with a more expansive set of customization options, more side-quests, more multiple choices and the ability to explore more ways to complete objectives.

Following up on that huge step up, Harebrained Schemes decided to add even more to the Shadowrun: Dragonfall experience with the Director's Cut. As noted in the press release...

The Dragonfall – Director's Cut recently released, and to help further get the word out Harebrained Schemes sent out just over a handful of Steam Codes.

If you're familiar with how we do things here at Gaming Blend, you can get your hands on these free codes doing as little as humanly possible. So basically, follow these steps:

1.) Head to Gaming Blend's Facebook page.

2.) Keep an eye out for posts mentioning when a Steam code will be made available

3.) Grab the Steam code before anyone else

4.) Retrieve the Steam code

5.) Proceed to have fun
