Sleeping Dogs DLC Discounted And More On XBLA This Week
Rather than let Sleeping Dogs lie, Microsoft is waking the shaggy beast up for another stroll around the block with 50 percent discounts on all of the game's DLC in the Xbox 360 Deal of the Week.
It's going to be a busy week on XBL this week with a couple of new games hitting the Arcade, some DLC for new games and, as I was just saying, some big discounts on DLC for some older games.
In the “new games” category, both State of Decay and Zeno Clash 2 are headed to the Xbox Live Arcade with the former arriving on June 5 (Tomorrow!) for 1600 MSP and the latter arriving on June 12 for 800 MSP. Microsoft has promised lots of new game announcements at next week's E3 press conference, so those two titles should help tide you over until then.
If you're looking for add-ons for your current library, however, there's a handful of additions arriving on June 4. Crysis 3 receives a multiplayer map pack for 1200 MSP while Tomb Raider receives an outfit, adventure and online survival pack for 240, 560 and 560 MSP respectively. Finally, Scorpion arrives on Injustice: Gods Among Us for 400 MSP.
If you're looking to sink your teeth back into Sleeping Dogs, now might be a good time to do exactly that. The game's wealth of DLC is being marked down by 50 percent this week, with a full listing and prices available on the Major Nelson Blog.
The XBLA library of Worms games is also being discounted by 50 percent.
Finally, a quartet of games are making their way to the Games on Demand service for Xbox 360 this week, including Tomb Raider, MLB 2K13, Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes and the Hitman Contracts and Silent Assassin HD Double Pack.
