In the fourth episode of the "The Final Hours of Tomb Raider," gamers get to visit Eidos Montreal. This studio is responsible for creating the multiplayer side of the Tomb Raider reboot.
Tomb Raider's multiplayer pits island scavengers against Lara Croft's shipmates in a variety of modes. The specific modes weren't discussed in this video. However, a recent magazine preview revealed that the online offering includes Team Deathmatch and Rescue game types.
That same magazine had mentioned that the multiplayer maps would have traps that players had to avoid. As it turns out, those traps aren't just randomly littered around the map. Instead, players can actually set them. Two of the examples in the video include an ammunition box rigged with explosives, and a lightning rod.
Players will be able to choose from several different characters in the game. They can customize these characters' appearance and loadout. Zachary Levi, the Chuck star and host of this video series, will apparently be one of these characters.
