Weekly Recap April 16th: Dragon's Dogma, Wii 2, Grand Theft Auto V Coming
Huge, huge news week in the world of interactive entertainment; GameStop let slip that Grand Theft Auto V is on the way. And gamers have got to be interested in finding out just what they can expect from the next game in the venerable franchise from Rockstar Games. Capcom also turned heads this week with the announcement of a brand new IP called Dragon’s Dogma, possibly aiming to rival the likes of Dragon Age and Two Worlds, amongst other medieval-fantasy titles. And if that’s not enough to get your blood boiling with excitement, the official release date has dropped for Madden NFL 2012 and it appears rumors are close to validating that the Wii 2 is coming.
