Weekly Recap March 20th: 3D-TV Glasses, Xbox 360 USB Storage, GameStop DLC
With GDC well behind us and gamers still soaking in all the content that came out of it, this week was more about complimenting what happened at the conference rather than work as an unveiling of anything spectacular. That doesn’t mean there weren’t some pretty good news items that surfaced this week. XSpanD's universal 3D-TV glasses are coming and will work with HD 3D-TVs so gamers who enjoy 3D stereoscopic games can be ready with the new glasses. Microsoft has finally offered gamers an alternative in memory storage, namely in the faster, smaller and more convenient form of USB storage devices. Also, GameStop wants publishers to work with them on providing DLC via used games rather than trying to thwart the used game market with separate DLC. These stories and more in this March 20th, 2010 edition of the Blend Games Weekly Recap.
