Ashley Tisdale's Bedroom Invaded By Aliens
She’s the High School Musical starlet who you haven’t seen naked (here’s hoping for a better 2008), and so now it’s Ashley Tisdale’s turn to make her mark. She’s trying something new too. I think the technical term for it is “looking pretty on a bigger screen”.
Tisdale is moving from television to movie theaters. HR says 20th Century Fox has hired her to join the cast of an adventure comedy called They Came From Upstairs. The rest of the cast is a virtual who’s who from the absolute dregs of American youth culture. In it you’ll find Robert Hoffman from Step Up 2 the Streets, Carter Jenkins from Viva Laughlin, Austin Butler from Ned’s Declassified, and at least three other young people are pretty. Damned whippersnappers.
The movie, as if anyone even cares, is about a group of teenagers teaming up to defend their Maine vacation home from aliens invading the upstairs. I guess the home of a bunch of wealthy, spoiled teens makes a lot more sense as the place to start an invasion than some poor farmer’s cornfield. I mean, at least they probably have HBO.
