New Captain America: The First Avenger Image Has Our Hero Looking Beaten Up
Though Thor isn't out until next week, today marks the start of the Marvel summer. As reported earlier, production for The Avengers is officially underway, meaning we are just a little over a year away from seeing some of the world's greatest superheroes gather together on the big screen for the first time, and snapshots captured the first meeting between Colonel Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Captain America (Chris Evans). Let's keep it rolling, shall we?
MTV has posted a new image from Captain America: The First Avenger, which is due out on July 22nd. In the shot, Cap looks a bit worse for wear, as his shield looks dented and bruised while his eyes scream exhaustion. Basically, things don't look great for him.
Check out part of the image below and see the full thing over on MTV.
