Director David Frankel and Writer Aline Brosh Mckenna recently worked together on the upcoming movie The Devil Wears Prada. Apparently they had such a good time reveling in workplace woes, that they're at it again.
According to Variety, they are reteaming to adapt the bestselling novel "I Don't Know How She Does It" for the Weinstein Company. The debut book by British journalist Allison Pearson revolves around a businesswoman who tries to find balance between her career and role as a mom. The higher she climbs up the corporate ladder, the less time she has to focus on her family and the more confused she feels about her life. Sound familiar?
Sydney Pollack and Anthony Minghella will produce through their Mirage Films company. No production date is set, but in the meantime you can catch Meryl Streep as the boss-from-hell in The Devil Wears Prada, opening Friday.
