Even More Images From The Avengers Arrive Online
Had enough of Avengers news today? No? Good, because we have even more to show you now. This morning Entertainment Weekly unveiled not only the superhero-filled cover of their newest issue, but also three behind the scenes photos from the set. What you may not know, however, is that they are actually holding out on us. The truth is that the issue actually has even more images than the ones that have been posted online. Fortunately the flat-bed scanner was invented many years ago and now those extra photos have found their way online.
Check out the four new pictures below and head over to Movies.com and CBM to see them full size.
But that's not all! Providing futher proof that the cover is nothing more than six oddly-Photoshoped images copy-and-pasted together, EW has also posted the individual headshots. Spoiler alert: they still look absolutely horrible. See three of the portraits below and head over to the source for the rest.
I'm still not sure why Mark Ruffalo is staring at me like that (I didn't mean to run over his kids with my car!) and Scarlett Johansson's choice to remove her own head and reattach it 5 inches to the left was an interesting one, but who am I to question burgeoning trends? The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon, is set to hit theaters on May 4, 2012. For more from the film, be sure to head over to our Blend Film Database.
