After premiering at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival to warm reviews, the music-tinged father daughter drama Janie Jones is coming to theaters on October 28. It's the story of what happens when a fading rock star (played by Alessandro Nivola) gets left behind by his band and, at the same time, is forced to start taking care of his young daughter Janie (Abigail Breslin), who has some serious music talent of her own.
