Meet the Parents is the sort of movie you can turn on just about any time and get a good laugh. Cracks about DeNiro’s recent slide aside, he actually has at least a little gift for comedy, particularly when parodying himself.
Then they made a sequel.
It’s called Meet the Fockers and stars in addition to the returning cast (including the luscious Terri Polo), Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand as Greg’s parents.
