Foreman Cockblocks
Topher Grace recently left his sitcom "That 70's show" in pursuit of a movie career. Since I love the guy, I was more than happy with this declaration. That is, until I saw what kind of movies he'd be doing.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Topher will star with Seann Willian Scott in the screwball comedy Cockblocker. Paramount Pictures will release the picture by writer Greg Coolidge.
Cockblocker (there's a title that ought to make the MPAA giddy) is about a guy (Topher) who is happy to finally meet the girl of his dreams. But then he finds out that her best friend is her ex-boyfriend, played by Seann. I would assume that he is the cockblocker in question.
Perhaps I would be more open to the idea of the film, if I could think of more than one Seann William Scott movie that didn't attract flies. Or if the premise didn't sound extremely cutsie-pie trite.
Writing will begin shortly.
