Green Lantern Will See Some Outer Space Action

Given the outer space roots of the intergalactic enforcement squad the Green Lanterns, people have been wondering how much of the upcoming Ryan Reynolds vehicle will actually take place out of our own atmosphere. MTV recently sat down with Green Lantern director Martin Campbell, busy promoting his latest film Edge of Darkness, and tried to give fans a sense of what they’re going to see once Reynolds slides into the green spandex body suit.

The clip is incredibly brief and doesn’t give much information about the upcoming comic book adaptation, but Campbell is hopeful that there will be enough of a mix between space and Earth to satisfy everyone. Unfortunately, the other big question on everyone’s mind, about whether Sinestro or Hecktor Hammond will be the main baddie, remains unasked.
