Horror freaks may sneer at it, but for a lot of rank and file moviegoers The Grudge is the scariest damn thing they've ever seen. I'm not much of a horror freak myself, and I have to say, I'm almost inclined to agree with all of you. Sure it's another American remake of a Japanese film, but come on people get over it. Everything's a remake of something these days. We either live with it, or sit at home cradling copies of bad 80s movies.
So it's with a great deal of anticipation that people are looking forward to The Grudge 2. We were a little slow on getting the new trailer for it up and out to everyone today, and so my inbox was full of messages from loyal CB readers like this:
Bill: "They just released the first trailer to the Grudge 2 over on AOL. Looks pretty good!"
Bill's right, it does look pretty good. Seriously. Horror's not really my thing, but when a movie is really good, it's good.
