There’s been a lot of rumbling around the intertubes this week about when we’ll see an honest to goodness, full blown trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger. We’ve seen the teaser that premiered during the Superbowl, which for most of us quelled misgivings about the casting of Chris Evans, but we’re looking for more and it looks like we’ll have to wait until May for the release of Thor before we get it.
Fortunately, Marvel is a marketing machine and while we won’t see a new trailer for some time, they’ve released this brand new image showing off a shield and Thompson wielding Evans wearing boots built specifically for kicking Nazi ass. We’ve seen this all before, but as anticipation for the film quickly rises, this added still is greatly appreciated.
