Kids Give A Hoot
The kids experience nature genre really peaked with Ernest Goes to Camp, and it's been downhill ever since. Nobody sings to a snapping turtle quite like the late Jim Varney. Instead, we have kids protecting nature movies, and that's not nearly as much fun. Nature doesn't need your help kids, nature is vicious, just look at what those turtles did to poor old Ernest.
This April, the movie Hoot will give kids and nature a go anyway, by throwing them in a movie where they fight to protect the wildly overrated endangered owl. Has any woodland creature gotten more undeserved credit that this thing? Nobody says "wise as a Wolverine". Maybe we should. Those little bastards are up to something.
We've been handed the first official poster for Hoot, take a look at it below. For more info on the film and to see a few images from it, visit our preview page.
