It's a big year for Paramount Pictures, as the studio is celebrating its 100th anniversary. With so many memorable films to the studio's name, there's certainly cause to celebrate. In addition to a new logo, the studio has great new poster, which does a fine and fun job of acknowledging some of the more notable films that came from Paramount over the years.
Coming Soon shared the poster below, which was made by Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles and features icons noting numerous movies and what year they were released. They actually look like merit badges, and that seems fitting, given the accomplishment each film represents in its own way. Check the poster out below and see how many films you recognize. There are so many great images, it's hard to choose a favorite. The beheaded Statue of Liberty for Cloverfield is certainly amusing (and a bit disturbing), and the Cheech & Chong: Up In Smoke one is great also. Other great ones worth looking for, Mommie Dearest, The Truman Show, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, What's Eating Gilbert Grape and Flashdance.
