Pictures from Narnia
ComingSoon.net seems to have found what may be photos from the shooting location in the Czech Republic for The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Principle photography is being shot in New Zealand, but given that it's summer there right now it stands to reason they'd have to go somewhere colder to get some snow footage.
Most of the images center around a door that is probably the exterior set for Tumnus' house. There are also pictures of a strange man in a tobogan cap and hooded overcoat. Maybe they were shooting for the next season's Land's End catalog at the same time.
Anyway, the style of the doorway, particularly the handle on the door, may be an indication of some of the style director Andrew Adamson and his team are going for with their film which is due out next December. Judge for yourself. You can see the images here. By the way, the site seems to be written in Czech, so unless you're brushed up on your Eastern European languages, don't expect much in the way of explanation.
