But now co-star Thomas Ian Nicholas has gotten in on the game through his Twitter account, posting a picture of the four buddies back together again on the film's Atlanta set. It came with the message "Remember the pact? Here we are over 10 yrs later. Crazy." Check out the photo below.
Call me naive, especially given the hellish experience that was the third American Pie film, American Wedding, back in 2002, but I'm kind of happy to see all these guys back together again. Is it too much to hope that we're all older and wiser now and capable of making better comedy, especially with Harold & Kumar directors Hayden Schlossberg and Jon Hurwitz on board? American Reunion will most likely be coming to theaters next summer, ready to make all of us nostalgic for 1999-- go ahead and get a head start by downloading some LFO and Third Eye Blind songs now.
