New Piranha 3DD International Posters Promise Double The D's
We still have no idea when we might actually get to see Piranha 3DD. While the sequel was greenlit almost immediately after Piranha 3D arrived in theaters back in 2010 and was supposed to come out on November 23rd, it ended up getting postponed indefinitely, despite the fact that the movie has been completed. But that's only in the US. There are some international markets that do have a set release date for the upcoming horror film from director John Gulager and today brings us two new posters from those markets.
The first one-sheet comes courtesy of Bloody Disgusting and offers us not only a swarm of killer fish and a babe in a bikini, but also the tagline "Double The Action. Double The Terror. Double The D's." Check it out below or in high-res over at the source.
The second poster comes from Zone Fears, which is a Russian horror website (the movie is debuting over there on April 5th). This design has similar elements to the first one, only this time we only get to see the anonymous babe's face.
Piranha 3DD stars Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, Chris Zylka, David Koechner, Gary Busey, Katrina Bowden, Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, Paul Scheer and David Hasselhoff. The story follows the events at Lake Victoria as a school of the deadly maneaters invade a waterpark and cause all kinds of bloody mayhem. The first trailer for the movie was released last year and you can watch it below.
