Pitch Perfect Video Has The Bellas Facing Off With The Treblemakers

"It's called a cappella, bitches," Rebel Wilson says in the latest promotional video for the upcoming feature Pitch Perfect. "Get used to it." Some of us are already used to it, or at the very least, very eager to see if will Pitch Perfect deliver on the musical fun the previously released promos have promised. For those who aren't quite sold on the musical comedy, perhaps this latest video will do the trick.

Directed by Jason Moore, Pitch Perfect stars Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow and Rebel Wilson and follows a girl who reluctantly joins her college a cappella group The Bellas. The video below - courtesy of iTunes - features numerous glimpses of the film, along with producer Elizabeth Banks and stars Kendrick, Wilson, and Skylar Astin as they comment on the movie.

It seems like a lot of what's featured in the above video is footage we've seen in the original trailer and "No Diggity" clip . All the same, it's fun stuff, and there was a bit more focus on the competition between the Bellas and the Treblemakers (referred to as "rock stars of a cappella.")

For those of us who love movies (or TV shows) that involve sing-offs and other music-focused competitions, Pitch Perfect's release into theaters probably can't come soon enough. (And on a very loosely related note, the mention of "regionals" had me flashing back to Community's Pierce repeatedly asking "What the hell are regionals?".)

We have a little over a month to wait for the film to arrive in theaters, as Pitch Perfect is set to release October 5. More information, photos and videos can be found in our Blend Film Database.
