Just weeks away from the film's premiere, and the official site for Chris Nolan's The Prestige has finally launched. It wasn't worth the wait.
It is perhaps one of the worst movie sites I've seen in awhile, full of bland looking images, boring desktops, and sleep-inducing screensavers. The dumb image they use on the movie's one poster is splashed everywhere. It's the theme for the thing, which is a shame since it's a pretty terrible poster.
To compensate for the site's bland appearance, there's a find the clue game embedded in it that when played to completion, unlocks an exclusive clip from the film. You'll have to use video clues and piece together missing journal clues in order to find it before the site's yawn-worthy presentation lulls you right to sleep.
