Apparently even though Carey Elwes performance in Saw was bad enough to scare audiences away, it wasn’t bad enough to scare studios away. Variety reports that the former Man in Black has joined the cast of another thriller, this time Andrew Shortell’s Psych 9.
The movie is about an unstable woman who gets a job organizing old patient records at a recently abandoned hospital. You know where this is going right? Mentally damaged person alone in a creepy old hospital? Yep, you guess it. While working alone at night she experiences frightening events which may be connected to a series of gruesome murders. Let’s hope one of those frightening events is Carey Elwes having a good cry, shall we?

He’s currently filming Sakura: Blue-Eyed Samurai with Billy Baldwin, sure to be one of the signs of the apocalypse. Oh what I wouldn't give for a holocaust cloak.
