Recut Captain America Trailer Screams America, F*ck Yeah
Back during the pre-production stages there was some concern about trying to sell Captain America: The First Avenger to international markets. After all, the USA isn't exactly the most popular country in the world right now, and some countries might not be too happy about the overt patriotism present in the title (they're actually calling the movie The First Avenger in markets such as Russia and North Korea). It's kind of a depressing thought when you think about it too much, but luckily this video makes it all better.
YouTube user CelticPredator has taken it upon himself to cut the recently released teaser trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger and overlay it with the song "America, Fuck Yeah" from Trey Parker and Matt Stone's Team America: World Police. Thanks to the brevity of the original trailer, it only clocks in at 25 seconds, but what a glorious 25 seconds it is. Here's hoping someone does the same thing when the full trailer is released.
