Saw VI Poster Takes Machine Masks To New Heights

Saw VI has a new poster. Sometimes I think Lionsgate has nearly as much fun releasing posters for these movies as they do actually making them. As usual, it pushes the boundaries of decency, good taste, and probably courts ill-will from the MPAA. If it didn’t do those things, it wouldn’t be a poster for Saw. I’m not sure what this particular torture device does, but it won’t be pleasant. It gives the term “machine mask” a whole new wrinkle.

In Saw VI special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.
