The first pics of Robert Downey Jr. on the set of Iron Man as Tony Stark have surface. Like most set pictures, they’re incredibly boring. When was the last time you saw set pictures from anything that weren’t a total letdown? They almost never show you anything cool, usually it’s a bunch of actors standing in front of a green screen.
Well these fall into the almost nothing at all cool category, except they’re sort of interesting if you were wondering whether or not Robert Downey Jr. will look good in a Tony Stark mustache. The answer to that, apparently, is that we’ll never know since he’s wearing a goatee pretty much like the same one he always wears. Sorry folks, the mustache is dead. Fashion has passed them by and let’s face it, guys in mustaches are kind of creepy. Whenever you see someone on COPS, they always have a mustache.
The other thing to note here is how godawful bad Gwyneth Paltrow looks as Pepper Potts. Has she recently had extensive plastic surgery, or is she wearing some sort of plastic Gweynth Paltro mask? Maybe the picture quality is just crap.
