Observe & Report is the next big Seth Rogen flick. For this one he’s trying something a little different: He’s not a stoner. Instead he’s on heavy medication to treat his bipolar disorder. He's also a mall security officer with a rage problem. Yes he’s a mall cop no it’s nothing like Paul Blart.
