Watch Iron Man And The Hulk Destroy Everything In This Avengers 2 Clip
To celebrate the fact that Robert Downey Jr. won an MTV Generation Award this evening at the MTV Movie Awards, Marvel has orchestrated the release of a brand new clip from The Avengers: Age of Ultron - this one giving us an extended look at the epic battle between Iron Man’s Hulkbuster armor and the Hulk. Check it out below!
This clip was officially posted online by MTV, and it’s a pretty great preview of one of the best action scenes in the upcoming Marvel Studios blockbuster. The scene begins right at the beginning of the confrontation between Iron Man and Hulk, and we get to see some serious damage unfold. Overall, it’s a rather even match, as both characters wind up getting some major blows in before the time on the video runs out.
Obviously we have gotten to see a lot of the Hulk/Hulkbuster fight in all of the various trailers that have been released for The Avengers: Age of Ultron in the last six months or so, but this preview actually delivers our first look at the bit of assistance that Iron Man is getting in his battle against the giant green monster. As it turns out, Tony Stark doesn’t have to worry about the very angry Bruce ripping apart his extra powerful armor, as he has a device flying nearby that is able to provide backup pieces to replace the items that Hulk manages to tear off.
Of course, it won’t be much longer until you all not only get to see the rest of the Hulk/Hulkbuster fight play out, but also see The Avengers: Age of Ultron. It feels like it was just yesterday that we were hotly anticipating the release of Joss Whedon’s The Avengers back in 2012, but now we are just a few weeks away from the exciting sequel hitting theaters. Over the next few weeks you can be sure that we will have tons of great content lined up for you about the movie, so be sure to stay tuned and get excited!
The Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Stellan Skarsgård, James Spader and Samuel L. Jackson, and will be in theaters on May 1st.
