Near as I can tell, Whiteout is about Kate Beckinsale being terrorized by an abnormally murderous snow fall. The film’s trailers are incredibly effective while giving away almost nothing about the film. The movie’s official plot synopsis mentions a killer but from the trailer and even the brand new clips from the film below, you’ll get no hint as to the nature of whatever it is that seems to be chasing the lovely Kate around. Are we talking aliens? Ghosts? A serial killer? Or is it just a vague form waving around a sharp object?
