New Wolverine Images Look Awfully Familiar

Allegedly the Wolverine images below are supposed to be brand-new, never-before-seen photos, exclusive to XMenFilms.net. And while I really have no reason to doubt them, do these feel all that new to you? Hasn't ever single promotional photo from Wolverine been a variation on this pose, muscles rippling and claws at the ready?

My understanding was that Wolverine was more of a man of action, less likely to stand around and look scary than to actually get out there and kick some ass.
