Will Jamie Dornan Go Full Frontal In The Fifty Shades Sequels? Here's His Answer
"A lack of nudity" is one complaint that wasn't leveled at Fifty Shades of Grey when the adaptation of the best-selling novel made its way to theaters last year. By the time the credits rolled, I felt fairly confident that I'd seen parts of Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan that tend to be reserved for lovers, or doctors. And yet, starving media members are still pestering Dornan about whether or not he's ready to go full frontal once the sequel, Fifty Shades Darker, is unveiled on February 10, 2017. In response to that question, Dornan recently played coy, stating:
How's that for a verbal cold shower?
In Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson brought the curious protagonists from E.L. James' novel to life on the screen. And in the process, they shed their clothes for numerous scenes -- though, if one were to make a pie chart, Johnson's on-screen nudity would far outweigh what Dornan had to endure. And ET thinks that's unfair. Which is why they blatantly ask if this time around, he's going to do the "full monty."
Well, Dornan knows that revealing all spoils the fun. And he needs that sequel to make some money. So, he plays it safe, and basically gives a, "If you want to know, come see the movie" answer.
Fifty Shades Darker continues the affair between these two characters, but introduces some new players into the fold. Released in 2012, the second novel in an eventual trilogy explores Christian Grey's past, on multiple levels. We are introduced to Elena Lincoln (Kim Basinger), the seductress who brought Christian into the BDSM world when he was only 15... and still tries to be a factor in his life. And Ana (Dakota Johnson) must deal with Leila (Bella Heathcoate), one of Christian's former subs who still harbors a flame for her master.
Between all of those ladies lusting after Christian Grey, that HAS to mean that Jamie Dornan will show more dong in the sequel than he flashed in the original movie, right?
You'll have two opportunities to see The Full Dornan, as Fifty Shades Darker drops on February 10, 2017, and the final movie, Fifty Shades Freed, lands on February 9, 2018. Your Valentine's Day plans for the next few years have been taken care of... masks and whips are up to you, though.
