Now it seems that we might not have to wait too much longer, as another trailer for the upcoming standalone Star Wars adventure could potentially drop within the next week.
According to a report from Making Star Wars, it seems that a brand new trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story could potentially drop as early as next week. Although nothing has been confirmed yet, the rumor suggests that we won't have to wait much longer to see the final trailer for the first official Star Wars anthology film. This rumor seemingly runs counter to earlier reports that suggested the final trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story would premiere with the debut of Doctor Strange. While we're almost certain the trailer will still be packaged with screenings of the upcoming Marvel movie, it seems increasingly likely that it will hit the web before November 4.

Rogue One represents a major departure for the Star Wars franchise. Not only will the series finally deviate from the tale of the Skywalker family, but the upcoming film will also shed new light onto a story we think we already know. Taking place just prior to the events of A New Hope, Rogue One will show us how the Rebels got their hands on the plans for the Death Star. Along the way we will see the early development of the legendary battle station, some brief glimpses of Darth Vader at the height of his power, and brand new heroes who may not even make it out of the mission alive. Without question, it's going to be one of the darkest Star Wars films ever committed to film, and we're beyond excited.
