Peyton Reed will helm his third MCU installment with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and fans can’t wait to dive back into the titular realm. That stuffed animal is truly the thing of nightmares. But Cassie Lang loved it in Ant-Man and The Wasp, presumably keeping through the five-year time jump where her father was missing. We’ll just have to see how the creepy little guy factors into the story of the threequel.
The above image comes to us from Peyton Reed’s personal Twitter account, and marks the start of photography on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The anticipation surrounding Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania also comes as a result of the movie’s cryptic title. There are countless questions about the Quantum Realm, and exactly what power lies within. Additionally, the threequel will feature the return of Loki actor Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conquerer, who has been teased as the next big crossover villain for the MCU. Considering what a splash Majors made playing He Who Remains, there's a built-in audience for this new character. Especially since the fandom wasn't treated to the appearance of the variant Kang quite yet.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is currently expected to arrive in theaters on February 17th, 2023. In the meantime, check out the 2021 movie release dates to plan your next movie experience.
