The Cord Cutter Podcast #3: Okja
Welcome to the third edition of The Cord Cutter Podcast! This week we sit down with CinemaBlend video producer Jeff McCobb to talk about the Netflix original movie Okja. As the streaming service moves into producing more and more original films, we're starting to get some very...interesting productions, and Okja is certainly one of those. This star-studded action/adventure/drama (with some comedic overtones) focuses on a young Korean girl who has to save her best friend (a smart and gentle super pig named Okja) from the multi-national corporation that created it.
If that already sounds wacky, well you've got no idea just how crazy Okja can get. Mick, Adrienne and Jeff will talk about all the surprises, joys and let-downs they found in the film, so, read on to get the lowdown on this week's podcast and then listen for yourself above.
