The Cord Cutter Podcast #21: Stranger Things Season 2
Welcome to the 21st edition of The Cord Cutter Podcast! If you're anything like us, you've spent the last few days binging the hell out of Stranger Things Season 2, and now we're very excited because we can finally talk about it! After waiting for over a year to set our grubby little eyeballs on more Upside Down action, we've now been able to engage in some world class sitting-around-and-staring-at-the-TV-for-hours, and the heroes of Hawkins, Indiana did not disappoint.
There were some A+ moments in Season 2 of Stranger Things, and today Mick, Adrienne and their guest Corey Chichizola will unpack the many things to love about the new season. We'll also discuss our favorite new characters, the best performances, the questions we still have, give Barb some final love, talk about how the Mind Flayer worked as the Big Bad of the season and get to the bottom of the Jonathan vs. Steve debate. As with anything, though, we do have some points of contention with the new season, and you better believe that those will not be ignored (cough Billy cough). And, we'll also give our opinions on the brand spanking new aftershow, Beyond Stranger Things. Ready to dive in? Great! Read on to get the lowdown on this week's podcast and then listen for yourself above!
