HeroBlend #41: The LEGO Movie 2 And Casting Batman

Welcome to HeroBlend #41! This week, Eric and Adrienne will dive into the new trailers for Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel, plus try their hands at casting Batman and give a spoiler free review of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part! Up first, though, we'll go over the most exciting bits of news from this week. We'll be talking about some cool box office updates, Batman Beyond, the future of Deadpool under Disney, some Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 tidbits, Avengers: Endgame VFX info and much more!

Next, we were blessed with some new footage from Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel during the Super Bowl, and we'll talk about the reveals, surprises and some possible digital tomfoolery that has fans asking a lot of questions. We will then move on to discuss one of the biggest questions of our time: Who Might Play Batman Next? Eric and Adrienne will go over what they think an actor needs to bring to the role, tell you the name of at least one actor who will not be Batman (at least right now) and do some hopeful casting of their own.

Last, but certainly not least, Eric will give his spoiler-free review of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part and let you know how the story stacks up, which new character to look out for, what he enjoyed (and didn't) and a lot more. Now, sit back and relax, folks, because this is one chat you're not going to want to miss. Ready to dive in? Great! Listen for yourself above!
