Blac Chyna And Rob Kardashian's Baby Has Arrived, And She's A Dream
Get ready, reality TV: there's officially a brand new Kardashian in the world, and she has a name that we're sure to remember. On Thursday morning, Blac Chyna gave birth to her second child, and her first child with fiancé Rob Kardashian.
Following in the tradition of unique baby names set by his sister Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna named their newborn daughter Dream Renee Kardashian, reports E! News. Renee is the middle name of Blac Chyna (real name Angela White), and like cousins North and Saint West, the name Dream seemingly has no family history, but rather represents a notion that the couple finds inspiring.
According to insiders, Dream Kardashian was born via C-section a little after 9 a.m. PT, and she already has "tons of hair." Blac Chyna entered the hospital early on Thursday morning accompanied by Rob Kardashian, who was reportedly very excited and couldn't keep from smiling. The couple was also joined by Chyna's mother Tokyo Toni and Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner.
Dream Kardashian arrived a little less than a month after the finale of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's reality series Rob & Chyna, which chronicled the couple's ups and downs during the final months of Chyna's pregnancy. Apart from the reality series, the new parents had constantly updated fans on the state of their pregnancy via social media, including Snapchat videos of the baby kicking before being born.
The newborn girl is Rob Kardashian's first child, and Blac Chyna's second. Dream Kardashian is the half-sister to Chyna's four-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson, whom she had with former fiancé Tyga. In a strange bit of romance and family, Tyga is currently dating Rob Kardashian's half sister Kylie Jenner.
Though Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are undoubtedly over the moon right now, they have undergone their fair share of drama and break-up rumors in the past few months. At the end of September, Rob Kardashian publicly blew up at the members of his family for supposedly hosting a baby shower for him without inviting Chyna (Khloe Kardashian later clarified that the family threw two baby showers and Chyna was aware of the male-oriented one that Rob got upset about). After Kardashian tweeted out his sister Kylie Jenner's phone number in anger, Chyna responded by tweeting out his phone number. Shortly after, sources confirmed that the couple was living in different houses, though still continued to love and care for one another.
And if there's one thing to bring the loving couple even more joy, it's an adorable baby girl. Is it too early to start brainstorming reality show names for Dream Kardashian? Just A Dream? Dreams Of Fame? Dream and North Take New York? Okay, I'll stop.
