These Ladbrokes numbers (via Metro News) are up from its initial 20/1 odds. Originally, Princess Alice was sitting as the number one choice, but that prediction has fallen to second place, with the odds of 8/1 in its favor. It's now tied with Victoria in that position, as well. Should the upcoming child end up being a boy, however, Albert and Arthur are the top picks. The odds are 12/1 in their respective favor.
