Kris Jenner Opens Up About Kim's Sex Tape, And Cheating On Robert
This week we're learning more about the past of the Kardashians. For instance, on this Saturday's episode of Scandal Made Me Famous, Pam Behan, the one-time nanny of the Kardashian children, dished out the details about Kim Kardashian West's relationship with T.J. Jackson, Michael Jackson's nephew. Now, in a recent interview, Kris Jenner is opening up about two of the biggest controversies in her family's life: Kim Kardashian's infamous sex tape with Ray J, which is often credited as the reason why Kim Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashian family eventually became household names, and the monarchy's history of cheating on her late ex-husband, attorney Robert Kardashian. It was a rare chance to hear about two parts of her life that she rarely talks about, and in her typically straightforward fashion, Kris Jenner reflected her honest thoughts on both circumstances. First, the sex tape.
Obviously, it must be difficult for any parent to discuss a topic that's as intimate and sensitive as their child's sex tape being seen by millions upon millions of people around the world. It would be one thing if it were simply your average sex tape, but considering Kim Kardashian West's video is widely considered to be one of the most famous sex tapes in history, it's certainly understandable that Kris Jenner often doesn't discuss it openly. Nevertheless, in this exclusive interview with Fox News' OBJECTified (via Entertainment Tonight), Kris Jenner continues to keep it real. In addition to talking openly about her thoughts on Kim Kardashian's sex tape, she also discussed her history of adultery with her former husband, Robert Kardashian. As Jenner admits in the interview, it is far from the proudest moment in her life, and it continues to weigh heavily on her.
While Kris Jenner has previously kept the person she had an affair with a secret, it was later revealed -- and confirmed -- to be Todd Waterman. Robert Kardashian passed away on September 30th, 2003, after a battle with esophageal cancer. He was 59. The father of Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, Kris Jenner believes her marriage with her late husband was "the happiest life you could've dreamed about." But she admits that she was tempted to know if "the grass was greener" on the other side of the fence. And Kris Jenner learned the hard way that that wasn't ultimately the case.
With that, Kris Jenner illuminated some light on some of the most difficult moments of her past. In any case, there's very little in the present that's kept a secret, and we'll be sure to hear more about her future. With that in mind, be sure to check back with CinemaBlend for more Kardashian updates.
