Eminem Slams Machine Gun Kelly As Feud Continues
Eminem is pissed. As anyone who listened to the rap artist's contentious new studio album Kamikaze can attest, he isn't looking to make new friends and he's not afraid to make new enemies in the process. That includes Machine Gun Kelly, the up-and-coming rapper who was one of several modern musicians whom Eminem dissed in the surprise album a few weeks earlier. Kelly wasn't afraid to bite back, releasing his own diss track directed towards the middle-aged musician shortly thereafter. And in a recent interview found on Eminem's YouTube account, Em explains why he is holding a grudge towards Machine Gun Kelly in particular. Suffice to say, the embittered feud between Kelly and Eminem will only get stronger from here on out.
The wide-ranging videotaped conversation finds Eminem talking about a variety of different talking points, mainly about his last two studio albums: last year's Revival and the aforementioned Kamikaze, as well the reception of his past few projects. But it was later in the two-part YouTube interview with Sway that Machine Gun Kelly came into the fold, and that's when Eminem didn't feel the need to hold back his feelings. Sway talked about how MGK went off on Eminem in his own single, "Rap Devil," and it furthered the bitter animosity between the two musicians. Here's how Eminem described it.
You can watch the full interview clip with Eminem with Sway at the link below. While Machine Gun Kelly isn't the only subject discussed, it may the most talked about aspect.
It's evident that Eminem isn't looking to let bygones be bygones anytime soon. He's out for revenge, and the heat between is only starting to boil. If there's one person who can really hold a grudge, it's Eminem. And Machine Gun Kelly isn't looking to keep things friendly either, it seems, based on recent behavior found between them. Expect more developments. Although, as Eminem admits, if he keeps this charade going, it's only blowing up MGK's profile more. And Eminem admits, "Rap Devil" wasn't bad "for him." We'll continue to keep you posted on the ongoing feud between Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem as new updates arise, and we'll keep you posted on the latest celebrity developments and more here at CinemaBlend.
